Context

As part of a product design interview process at noCRM, I was asked to rethink two core elements of the platform:

  1. The UI of the post-sales tasks section after a deal is won
  2. The top-level navigation of the app, which had grown cluttered over time

This was a solo assignment done in Figma, based on screenshots of the current UI. The goals were to simplify the user experience while staying consistent with the visual identity of the product.

🎯 Objective

Redesign the task section visible after a lead is marked as “won”, to make it clearer and easier to manage — without overhauling the app’s existing layout or components.
