Context
As part of a product design interview process at noCRM, I was asked to rethink two core elements of the platform:
- The UI of the post-sales tasks section after a deal is won
- The top-level navigation of the app, which had grown cluttered over time
This was a solo assignment done in Figma, based on screenshots of the current UI. The goals were to simplify the user experience while staying consistent with the visual identity of the product.
Part 1 — Redesigning the Post-Sales Tasks UI

🎯 Objective
Redesign the task section visible after a lead is marked as “won”, to make it clearer and easier to manage — without overhauling the app’s existing layout or components.
🔍 Audit & Key Issues Identified
I started by reviewing the current screen and noting several UX/UI issues:
- Breadcrumb position was confusing, making it hard to understand the user’s place in the flow
- The 66% progress indicator lacked context — it wasn’t clear whether it referred to tasks completed, deal stage, or something else
- Completed and pending tasks were mixed in the same visual block, creating noise and reducing clarity
- The information about the opportunity (deal details) was shown in plain text, with no visual hierarchy or emphasis

✏️ Redesign Highlights
I recreated the task section in Figma with the following improvements:
- Split tasks by status: “To Do” and “Done” now have clear visual separation
- Improved readability: I added spacing, clear task containers, and emphasized key metadata like assignee and due date
